This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on RUM SANDS Academy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in cases of verified technical errors that prevent access to the purchased content or services. We do not offer refunds for any content that has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded unless a technical issue is confirmed by our support team.

2. Refunds for Technical Issues
  • Refunds are only granted in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased content or services.
  • Users must report the issue within 7 calendar days of purchase to support@rumsands.com.
  • Requests must include a clear description of the issue, screenshots or error messages, and proof of purchase.
  • Our technical team will investigate the issue. If confirmed, a refund will be processed.
3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of our payment gateway HyperPay, which complies with local banking regulations in Jordan. Processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Subscription Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing cycles.
  • The current billing period will remain active until its expiry date and is non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind or accidental purchases.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Content already accessed or downloaded.
