Welcome to RUM SANDS. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our e-learning platform, including all content, features, and services offered. By accessing or using RUM SANDS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site.

1. Use of Our Services

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services.

1.2 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access.

2. Content

2.1 Intellectual Property

All content is the property of RUM SANDS or its licensors. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 User-Generated Content

By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it. You are responsible for its legality and originality.

2.3 Content Restrictions

Do not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove violations.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Subscription Fees

Access to premium content requires payment. Fees are non-refundable unless a verified technical issue prevents access.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed via our trusted gateway HyperPay, which complies with local banking regulations. We do not store any payment data on our servers.

3.3 Refund Conditions

• Refunds are granted only for verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased content.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase to support@rumsands.com with evidence.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on the bank or card issuer.
• Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current period.
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind or accessed/downloaded content.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RUM SANDS against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or harm the platform or users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of either jurisdiction based on business location.
