This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on RUM SANDS Academy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted in cases of verified technical errors that prevent access to the purchased content. Once you access or view any course materials, the purchase becomes non-refundable unless a technical issue is confirmed by our support team.
2. Refunds for Technical Issues
- Refunds are only granted in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased content or services.
- Users must report the issue within 7 calendar days of purchase to support@rumsands.com.
- Requests must include a clear description of the issue, screenshots or error messages, and proof of purchase.
- Our technical team will investigate the issue. If confirmed, a refund will be processed.
3. Refund Amount Calculation
Refunds will be processed for the net amount after deducting all applicable transaction fees, including bank processing fees and payment gateway charges. The exact refund amount will be communicated to you before processing.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of our payment gateway HyperPay, which complies with local banking regulations in Jordan.
Processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing cycles.
- The current billing period will remain active until its expiry date and is non-refundable.
6. Service Cancellation by RUM SANDS
- If RUM SANDS Academy fails to deliver the promised service or cancels a course, users will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
- In case of permanent service discontinuation, all eligible users will receive pro-rated refunds.
7. Pricing Errors
RUM SANDS Academy reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing errors. Full refunds will be issued for orders cancelled due to pricing mistakes.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Course content already accessed, opened, or viewed
- Any content that has been unlocked or made available to the user
- Expired subscription periods
- Partial usage of subscription periods
